1. What does Commerce-Ventures do?
Commerce Asset Ventures Sdn. Bhd. (Commerce-Ventures) is a specialist
investment fund and management company wholly-owned by Bumiputra-Commerce
Holdings Berhad. We help emerging companies with viable, innovative and promising
business models to raise venture capital funds to build their businesses. We also
connect investors with these companies to help them make smart investments and
reap excellent rewards in return.

We provide more than just funding and financial guidance to our investee companies
and investors. They also benefit from our sound reputation, solid financial resources,
a good business model, seasoned business experience and a credible network of
relationships.

We normally don't sign NDAs but will consider it if requested by the promoters.
