Encik Jamil Hajar read law at the University of London in 1974 and is a Barrister-at-Law from Lincoln's Inn, London. Encik Jamil Hajar is presently the Executive Vice President and Company Secretary of Bumiputra-Commerce Holdings Berhad (BCHB). He has been with BCHB since 1992 when he was appointed as the General Manager and Company Secretary. He served the Judicial and Legal Department of the Government of Malaysia for nine years in various capacities as Magistrate, Sessions Court Judge, Deputy Public Prosecutor and Senior Federal Counsel before joining Fleet Group Sdn. Bhd. as its Legal Advisor and Company Secretary in 1985. Encik Jamil Hajar presently sits on the Board of Commerce Life Assurance Berhad and is the Chairman of Commerce Asset Ventures Sdn. Bhd., Commerce Asset Fund Managers Sdn. Bhd., Commerce Trust Berhad and Commerce Asset Realty Sdn. Bhd.

Dato' Dr Mohamad Zawawi obtained both his degree and doctorate in Electronic Engineering from the Leeds University, England. He is a Foundation Fellow of the Academy of Sciences Malaysia, a Professional Engineer, and a Member of the Institute of Engineers Malaysia, and also a Fellow of the Institute of Physics Malaysia for which he has served as its President for many years. Dato' Dr Mohamad Zawawi serves on the Board of Directors of Commerce Asset Ventures Sdn. Bhd., Bumiputera-Commerce Bank Berhad, Mesiniaga Berhad, EPIC-I Sdn. Bhd., Perunding KJL Sdn. Bhd. Commerce-Meridian Capital Sdn. Bhd. and several other limited companies within the INTI group.

Raja Shamsul Kamal is presently the Executive Director of Commerce Asset Ventures Sdn Bhd. (CV) and Chief Executive Officer of CAV Private Equity Management Sdn. Bhd. (CPEM). He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons) degree from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, England. Raja Shamsul Kamal joined the former Bank of Commerce Berhad in 1987 where he was assigned to the Corporate Banking Department and subsequently headed the Public Sector Unit until 1992. Thereafter, he was seconded to Commerce Asset Leasing Sdn. Bhd. as Chief Executive Officer. In 1996, he was appointed as the General Manager of Commerce Asset Fund Managers Sdn. Bhd. before taking up his present position as Executive Director of CV in the middle of 1997. Raja Shamsul Kamal sits on the Board of CV and CPEM and a number of private and public listed companies in Malaysia.

Datuk Azizan is currently the Executive Deputy Chairman of TSH Resources Berhad, a public listed company on the main board of KLSE. He is also a director of MBf Holdings Berhad, MBf Corporation Berhad and Apex Equity Holdings Berhad. Datuk Azizan has extensive experience in the corporate world. He spent nine years in shipping with Harper Gilfillan Shipping Sdn. Bhd. and Malaysian International Shipping Corporation Berhad in operations and marketing after graduating from University of Malaya in 1973. In 1982, he joined Apex Securities Sdn. Bhd. as a partner and launched his career in stockbroking and finance. He was instrumental in bringing Jardine Flemings (now JP Morgan), a strategic partner into Apex Securities, and subsequently listed the company on the KLSE. He was also the President of the Malaysian Stockbrokers Association from 1994 till 1995. He left Apex to start a private business in 1995 to provide consulting in finance and property development. He has recently completed the restructuring of the financial and property companies of MBf Corporation Berhad and MBf Holdings Berhad. Datuk Azizan joined TSH Resources Berhad as a Director in 2001 and became its Executive Deputy Chairman in 2003. With his broad based stockbroking and corporate finance background, he was appointed to the board of Tongkah Holdings Berhad and Bina Darulaman Berhad in 1995 before he joined the MBf Group of Companies in 2000. He is also a member of the Investment Panel of Lembaga Urusan Tabung Haji.
