1. Associates
   
   • Five years or more of relevant working experience
   • Honours degree from an accredited university; a Master's degree would be an advantage
   • Good command of English plus a second language

2. Investment Analysts
   
   • Between two to four years of relevant working experience
   • Honours degree
   • Good command of English
   • Outgoing personality with a flair for marketing
